The item is better than described and well packed in manufacturer’s original box plus additional outer box. There was a delay in shipping and when I inquired, the response was immediate ( tracking number was published but then they shut down over a holiday). Shipping was upgraded from USPS to UPS to get the item to me by the original promised date. Really appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction and won’t hesitate to do business again. Definitely recommend

I did receive one pan that was the wrong one and would not work on my induction stove top, I sent a message to the seller and received a response in 10 minutes from Melissa and she is sending the correct pan . Outstanding customer service, I would highly recommend purchasing from this seller, great product for a great price and thank you again Melissa for your assistance. Perfect; The first use produced Perfect Steaks (as they should be for a George Foreman Grill). The Shipping was done quickly and the U.S.P.S. was trying to crush it on one corner but the Seller did a Perfect job of packaging the grill plates to prevent any damage. This was a Perfect transaction between buyer and seller.
