The seller "made it right" right away once I contacted them about the issue. Both packages were extremely well packaged, too - good strong box used and lots of packing tape! No chance of damage!

I will gladly pay a few bucks more, if I have to, to buy from SEED RANCH, b/c you are paying for the excellent service/support. 10 STARS.

What I was most impressed by is the speed in which it arrived, I live quite a distance from seller and package arrived way sooner than I expected.
