Not a fan of the light. I guess they want you to realize it’s working. It should have an infared conformation when the unit receives remote control signals. It comes with double sided tape for the emmitor and it should technically be a clear transparent double sided tape. So the back of the emmitor can be mounted on the face of the receiving infared window of the equipment.
