They have very strong communication skills and always keep you posted on thrie work. I shipped my ECU to SIA Electronics and received it back in a very reasonable amount of time. Soon as I got a chance to install the ECU , it worked like new and solved all my issues. To all those Foxbody Mustang guys out there, do not sleep on SIA Electronics, they are awesome!!! A lot of companies don’t extend that courtesy. Because I so desperately need it, I sent it to them priority mail, which ended up taking a week instead of three days to get to them. I am very hopeful that they will get back to me as soon as it’s repaired and offer me an expedited shipping. They tested it and called to tell me that it was fine, not the problem. I asked if they would test it again just in case and they did. They called again and said that the ECM was fine. They then refunded some of the purchase price....who does that? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIA to anyone who is having a problem with their ECM,ECU or PCM. I experienced excellent communication with them during the process of diagnosing this particular ECM. I was only charged for troubleshooting this module and refunded the balance of my payment. My defective ECM was returned to me. I highly recommend this service provider!! A++++ customer service.!
