If you put an allen wrench end the same end as the nut then tighten with a wrench and it will thread as far as needed.

Is it because no one else offers them? Are they hand made in America one at a time??? I don't get it. Getting info from the seller is not very good. They don't respond to emails quickly or return phone calls. Did you ask how to install before purchasing ? I find this review out of line and one that will have you blocked from my store. Go purchase your items somewhere else then. If you don't want the item or they cost to much then why did you purchase them ?? BTW I'm sure youtube has plenty of install videos on how to install.
