    They sent me the wrong part. I didn’t even open it. I just sent it straight to the shop when I receive my car I see the wrong part was put in my car. I told him I want to return the parts, but they didn’t wanna pay the label cause I already installed it in my car. This is not fair what they do to own customers, but I have to deal with eBay now.

The part you received was fully compatible with your vehicle or it would not have been possible for your mechanic to install it. We also provided a return shipping label to assist with the return process, even though the part had already been installed. Additionally, you wanted us to pay for the labor but we are not responsible for labor or installation costs incurred by mechanics. Thank you for your understanding.
