Contacted seller and said it would ship in a couple days, still didn’t show up and no tracking number. This is a problem with the supply chain that is affecting not just us but every other distributor that sells towing products. The manufacturer had a bad software rollout on August 15th that took down the whole supply chain.We are trying to find a way to get the parts we need despite the supply chain issue. The manufacturer is the only choice for some parts, as they control 70% of the towing industry in America.

One of the components of the kit was defective, not their fault. I reached out to them, provided the info needed, they promptly shipped me a replacement part. I highly recommend "discount hitch central" for their honesty, service, and fair prices. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. Picture: "dash module" - was defective, it should rotate and spring back smoothly. Check it before installing
