It fired up immediately and I bought/transferred music from iTunes right onto it. It did have engraving on it, but the engraving was sort of sweet so I didn't mind. True test will be how it works when my son is at camp, but it is looking good ... the seller was very responsive and quick to ship, and I like how he offers return if it does not work. I want one for myself!

I’m so excited to use it for the new school year and I got the acceptable condition and it is a little scuffed up but that’s about it. The quality is really nice. It was a really good price compared to the other ones out there and it looks amazing. This is amazing and in love with it.

If these don't sync immediately to your MacBook just put a full charge on the iPod and try it then....it synced right up. That's what I found out after doing some research and having some stress.
