Unfortunately the same can’t be said about the courier they used to send my item (DHL). They notified me twice over 2 days with 1 hour time slots to say that my item would be delivered, only for it not to even turn up. So in the end I opted to do a 24 mile round trip to go and collect it from their nearest Depot & even then it took them half an hour to even locate it. DPD would have been my first choice. Rant over.

Milwaukee is, in my opinion a quality product and I think that the M12 line is excellent and has enough power to do 99.9% of jobs in a domestic and professional environment. If you are already in the M12 ecosystem then any Milwaukee product is good value for money. Many thanks to DVS Power Tools, great communication and customer service 5 stars from me (p.s. courier missed delivery date, not seller!)
