My biggest compliant is the time it takes to get your refund credited back to your account. You do not recieve it till they get it back in hand, and until they are satisfied with the condition. It has been 10 plus days since I shipped it back and still waiting for the credit. Stick to Amazon if you can, cause at least they credit you as soon as the item is checked in to be shipped.
