This is after purchasing the same printer from 2 other sellers on ebay with frustrating results. They both failed to work properly right out of the box. After calling them and trying various suggested fixes I ended up returning them. (What a waste of time and energy). Not only did this printer work, he also advised me how to fix another printer I owned. Don't look elsewhere. Buy here.
