They look hand varnished and unfortunately the colour doesn’t go to the edge of the buttons so there’s an area around the edge with no colour. I contacted the seller and the matter was resolved quickly resulting in the correct yarn being received a few days later and a prepaid posting label was provided for the incorrect yarn to be returned. Sounds trivial but so many listings do not put the numbers in numerical order! An email from Royal Mail informed me of when the parcel would be delivered and it arrived as expected, well packed and with all items correct. Very happy.
