I bought it over a month ago so I guess I'm not eligible for a refund, not a happy customer.

I just got a rude reply asking why I left the foil on (I did so as I noticed) and why did I put it up if the letter was missing. I obvs wasn’t getting any help or another so just left it and negative the feed back instead. Was happy with the item and delivery but no need for rudeness!!!
