Offered to give me a new figure since I was having so much problems finding a unbroken one (has a pony tail that is either broke off or breaks off during shipping. He wasn't the seller I was having issue with but he was willing to fix it. Now that's a good seller. That's why they included the card cause I turned down a new figure. I didn't want this seller to be out $ because of other sellers. This seller is definitely getting return Buisness.

I had no indication it was sent yet. Upon delivery of the figure the card was bought for, I sent a message asking if it had been shipped, explaining I no longer needed it, with only the refund in response.
