One or 2 holes are very slightly off. But it is to be expected. I haven't seen any pickguard that lines up exactly - even the fender ones.

Shipping untracked made me nervous, but it arrived in perfect condition so I'm satisfied. Seller offered a good deal price wise. I really like the way it looks. With that being said I think that if they strapped it to the backside of an elk it might have gotten here faster, Canadian Post sucks, USPS sucks, and Customs in between sucks too. With this transaction first guard arrived damaged. They shipped a replacement right away. Very responsive to emails also. Please understand shipping is a little slower because international but it’s not unreasonable at all.
