Sold for 20-40mm thick doors the supplied screws are at least 5mm too long for a 20mm thick door. I installed the flap only to realise the outer flap wasn't sitting against the frame; the two screws were projecting by about 5mm! The screws would be fine, in fact necessary, for a 30+mm or door. Would it be too much trouble to provide 2 sizes of screw? It needed a new screwdriver bit to extract the oversized screws - a worn one slipped.

I have a 7cm thick door, the screws were just too small in length to use them, however I just used the previous letter box screws. Also think I was sent the matt gold, instead of the gold polished, but it still looks good so sticking with it!
