    The package was shipped out fast but was delayed and then damaged in transit by USPS and the item was missing from the package. The seller's communication was excellent, she was very friendly and personable and I appreciate her assistance in going through the steps required for the situation. I received a full refund for this item and it looks like the seller was able to file with the USPS. I'm hoping for a positive outcome. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again, highly recommended.
