USPS tracking sucks so there was never any change in the shipping status. PayPal's notification that I had a refund was the first clue I had to find another seller for the part. It turned out I was able to find another bezel in very good condition at a lower price, including the shipping. A simple message saying that what I'd ordered wasn't going to be sent would've been nice.
