    I received the item but it is defective. I did contact the seller and the responses were timely, and was provided some information and a video to try and fix the issue myself, but I don't have the little tools required to make the repairs. I asked the seller again to refund or exchange it for a new one but the seller would not process a refund or exchange. Instead the seller suggested I take it to a repair shop and would provide a 10% refund. Very disappointed, as description said refunds ok.
