He was very apologetic and said he would look for a replacement. I told him it was not a big deal as I wasn't going to worry about a dollar. He stated he would check anyway. Well the card arrived after 30+ days floating around the postal service. He was surprised but happy and thanked me for being patient. This is a stand up business! Thanks again!

Not packed with any padding, solid cardboard envelope not compromised, but slab arrived cracked on both sides (see pics). I’m sure it was damaged in transit, but some padding may have prevented it from breaking.
