His first film, Shaolin Temple, was a huge international hit and the follow up, Shaolin Temple 2: Kids From Shaolin was even bigger. Drawing from a huge talent pool, the Shaolin Temple films featured the most amazing martial arts action to ever come out of China. Unseen styles, weapons and training methods were shown to the approval of the whole world. Jet Li became the first action star to emerge from China.
