It's a shame that they weren't packaged better so that the other two had not shattered. While I am disappointed, the seller described the items correctly and shipped them quickly. When I reached out about the broken cups, they responded and quickly refunded the cost of those items. One has a slightly smaller/tippy base, but that is not due to anything from the seller and not a show-stopper. Communication was solid and they got here quickly. Packing was outstanding--no way these were getting broken!
