Still in the original bag sealed up. The value for this pillow was amazing and could not be beat! Item was fragile and came very well wrapped in proper bubble wrap and also with paper insulation for extra protection. It was also sent in a box which other sellers sent in a bag and used plastic store bags for insulation, and that one had broke.
