The shoes looked brand new, just the soles seemed to have slowly fallen apart. The seller was quick to assist a return and went very smoothly.

I think the only complaint I would have is the item was smaller than I imagined, but that is NOT the seller’s fault. She took a pic with a ruler. I guess the only thing the seller could have done differently in the description is to put miniature. So, since the item is much smaller than I imagined, I wouldn’t have paid for what I did. But, once again, the seller had the pic with the ruler.
