I insisted further, using a photo, that it was damaged and not "part of the design," which they agreed. They told me I could "sew it back up myself" (not my job as the buyer" and refunded me only $4. Will not be buying from this seller again and I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone else, they will not take proper accountability
