They were boxed in an appropriate size box for the bowls. The bowls are beautiful, just a wee bit smaller than what I thought. That’s not on the seller, but on me. The bowls are still great, wooden and can be used for fruits like grapes or other cut up fruits or vegetables. They are are pretty as described in the picture.
