There was a mistake made on the initial item shipped, and the seller immediately corrected the situation and send the updated tracking and a new DVD before I even knew there was an error. Shipping was very fast for both items. This seller handled the situation perfectly I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend the seller, they value their clients and their purchases.
