It arrived with wrapped in bubble wrap in a couple of padded envelopes. Had a grade sticker on the back and looked like it had been apart at some point also. Put straight back in the envelopes and sent back!

Seller wanted to communicate outside of eBay, who refunded me as it was clearly defective. I took it to a local, Samsung authorised repair facility. They noted that the battery was "swollen", someone had already taken the cover off as it could be removed by hand.
