The seller packaged my items very securely in bubble wrap and proper packaging as well!

But they were fast to contact me about and asked me exactly how I would like the situation handled (ie if I wanted a refund, to repurchase, etc). I got fully refunded and though I did not repurchase the item, I will remember the great customer service and keep this shop in mind for another day!
