I ordered a bike bag and was shipped a tool cluster whose value is much less than the bag. When I notified the seller they sent me an offer to purchase the bag for twice the price I originally found it on ebay for without offering me a refund on the original purchase, effectively increasing their sales!!!! I think the crooks have found a way to manipulate ebay buyers and it makes me very mad.
