However, when both faucets eventually arrived I contacted the seller right away and followed up again when the seller didn’t respond. Seller would not negotiate at least a savings that they would have had to pay for me to return it. Didn’t have communication with the seller so can’t really say much about the communication but the item definitely came in would recommend to anyone.
