While the HDD had died (NOT the seller's fault - let's be honest, this is a piece of old tech that relied on a spinning hard disk), in contact back and forth the seller did the right thing and gave me a very reasonable partial refund to help offset the cost of the additional equipment I needed in order to replace/mod it myself. It now works!

I am going to says the aspect of the ipod is new and and the most important coming from China it was delivered too soon. I really suggest this seller, it gives you quality, time and price.

It is for a great value as well ($5 with tax for 2). The only issue was shipping. Had to message twice for the item to be shipped/ actually sent to USPS.
