Not only was she apologetic, sweet, kind,and understanding- she ordered me a replacement product from Amazon -- which was delivered to my door on a Sunday morning( within 16 hours of making contact with the seller). COMPLETELY OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE from Aubrey
