The Ipod was not wiped before selling (which is a positive in my book), and is saving me some money thanks to its extensive library! Buttons and wheel works great. My only issue with it is that the battery is at the end of its life and cannot function without continuous charge. Typical for the age of the unit, so not unexpected, just a little disappointing!

Two plastic feet were damaged during shipment. When contacted , the seller provided MORE THAN the cost of replacement. I am satisfied and I hope he (not she) learned to pack his product better in future. The seller seems to be an honest and fair person, he just needs to ‘up his game’ regarding the packaging of the equipment he ships.
