Seller was responsive but I felt like they were pretending to help. It wasn’t until I filed a claim with the post office that I received a call back next day and they said it wasn’t delivered on the tracking date shown but was rescanned a week later and should be in my mailbox. I personally called the local post office on 5/27 to deal with this issue, and post office said they would check and call back. Buyer contacted me on 5/30 to tell me she had not yet received item. I told her I had already contacted her post office and recommended she follow up with them. She later informed me that the post office said the item had been "re"delivered to her mailbox on 5/28 (the day AFTER I called them), so maybe I did help after all?
