Have a white Sony Ult 5 speaker brand new at launch. Wanted a 2nd speaker (black) and jumped on the discount price for a refurbed speaker. While the speaker had odd dust that looked a bit sparkly and could have used a bit more padding in box, heavy speaker. Cleaned the speaker, looks nearly new now. Refurbed and new speaker that is only a few weeks old sound identical in party connect mode . So far so good. Will buy again.

My purchase arrived very quickly via UPS of which I can't say enough about this seller. The speaker was packaged very carefully in molded Styrofoam molded blocks protecting it through the shipping process. Once it arrived, I only to fully charge it before updating it's firmware. Downloaded the recommended Sony Android applications. Once I completed these steps I immediately started playing some of my favorite music. OMG!!!
