Looks new to me and very pleased with the price. Minor quibbles. Fairly strong new electronics smell, which evaporated after a few days. One layer of bubble wrap. Seemed to protect the unit just fine. Amazed at how far Bluetooth connectivity has come in range and quality. Appreciate the 3.5 AUX input.

It functions just as new and also comes with the original Sony strap. Connection woth my phone another Bluetooth adapters were seamless. Speaker appears like new to me. Sound quality is exactly what's expected base on online reviews and specifications stated. Packaging can be better though, not much protective cushioning for a heavy speaker like this. You can refer to my photos.

Comes in a non original box I would advice though a little more padding on top and bottom the sides came secured. This item looks and feels like new! It came with the original items charger and strap you can download manual from the website. I would trust and but form this seller again!

Fortunately, the item itself was in perfect shape, as described, and works great--would buy again! Great value for the item.

Advertised as reconditioned, but it looked brand new, even the charging cable was in a plastic bag. Shipped super fast, and arrived before estimated date.
