It was new and packaged well. Customer service was exceptional. I did receive the wrong item at first. Contacted the seller and they sent me a shipping label to return the item. Once they confirmed the return they did send out the sonic. The lines of communication were always open and I really appreciate that. Thank you!

Communication was excellent—seller was polite and quick to respond. Pricing felt fair for the boxes. I’d happily purchase again if future listings are similarly priced.

For some reason it got lost in shipping and went on an adventure but the seller was very responsive and the error was in no way their fault and thankfully the post corrected their error and we eventually got our plush.
