      Coat arrived in good shape and as described,but smelled of tobacco. I contacted the seller and they offered for me to return the coat and they would apply an Ozone treatment to remove the odor, but the cost for shipping would make it too expensive, so the kindly refunded me $40 so I could apply it to local furrier for cleaning. I really appreciate the customer service, very prompt and accommodating. Will purchase from this seller again.

      To say this coat is stunning is an understatement. The quality is excellent. The colors are gorgeous. The fit is perfect. This is my second coat from this seller and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Olivier updated me periodically as to the progress and promptly answered my questions.       The coat is absolutely beautiful. It is in Excellent condition as seller described. This is my 4th purchase from Oliver Furs. It arrived 2 days early and the packaging was very secure.
