There was a mess up due to the Yodel label not including a complete eCP code that enables the location to indicate they have it for collection. I went there showed that number to the staff and they found the parcel and sorted it out. Teapot was extremely well packaged to arrive without damage/breakage and in no time at all (considering it was bought during the Xmas period!). Communication with seller was also excellent.
