Communication was great as we worked through the unexpected issue. They were more than generous on working out an arrangement as we are both wanting the see this receiver enjoyed again. Sent a very nice pair of shoes, clean and as described, in plastic bag, they arrived intact thankfully. But...I paid $22 for Canada Post expedited parcel, which I prefer, but shoes were sent UPS ground - maybe 3 bucks cheaper.
