I contacted them 6 weeks later, wondering if there was a shipping update. No update, they sent me a refund instead. I received a J-Hope ALBUM card ($2-3 value vs the $30+ value for the card I bought) instead. I saw that they still had the XH card I was looking for, so I purchased it again. They said it was sent, and it's now been 2 months. I haven't gotten it, and they issued me a refund without communicating. -100/10

Was shipped the next day of purchase, with no tracking from origin to US, which is why it's economy shipping. Once it arrived in the US, it was handled by USPS with a tracking number and was delivered to me in just a couple of days. Item was packaged safely, and seller was communicative. Happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller!!
