I threw one right into my coffee maker and made a mug of iced coffee and it has a great coffee flavor. Not bitter like the dark roast. This is a good deal for some good tasting coffee. The coffee was shipped to my billing address so I had to have a neighbor pick it up. UPS was terrible. The box was crushed & the driver left a photo of his foot instead of the box of coffee. I guess he was ashamed. I notified UPS also.

There was a problem the boxes looked like they had been in a rain storm. All boxes were still wet, the k-cups were ok. I had to unpack all boxes to save the product. This was not the sellers problem, UPS had dropped the ball!!!!

But the shipping caused several cups to burst open, and grinds were in the bottom of the box, all-and-all only I only lost a couple of pods therefore I am still satisfied. I tried to send the video of the bottom of the box but the system would not let me.
