Product Information

A set of certain other classic movie studio monsters has nothing on this clan from 20th Century Fox's golden era of fright. In DRAGONWYCK (1946), an 1800s woman agrees to live in a mysterious manor run by her charming but oddball cousin so that her daughter can receive a quality education there. Soon enough, however, she will discover the depths of the depravity contained within the walls of the prestigious Dragonwyck. In the 1942 creeper DR. RENAULT'S SECRET, it seems a young fella has some romantic competition when he visits his fiancée in the French estate on which her scientist father conducts experimental research, only to find the good doctor's assistant has a thing for his soon-to-be wife. The question is: does the mysterious existence and odd behavior of this assistant have anything to do with Dr. Renault's experimentation with animals? Finally, CHANDU THE MAGICIAN (1932) tells the timeless story of a megalomaniac who holds a death ray inventor's family hostage so that he may adequately use the ray to destroy the plebian population of Earth. The world's last bastion of hope is the inventor's brother-in-law, the turban-toting illusionist Chandu. See all three of these amazing classics in one fell swoop.

    I first have to compliment this seller - 5 stars for description, price, etc. But what is up with the U.S. post office? Took 3 weeks coast to coast & tracking shows it zig-zaged across the country several times... Uggghhh!. Again, kudos to the seller. DVD was near mint as well as the case - just as advertised. And they had they had the best price on eBay for this long outta print film. THX
