There’s nothing wrong with the other ones but what sets this one apart is the instructions that were provided. Perfect if you’re just trying to get a small starter going. My starter is thriving and I’ve baked amazing loafs with it. I should state that I’ve been making sourdough for years I just only stay in my sourdough era for short bursts of time. The instructions are beginner friendly! :)

Fast and easy to activate sourdough starter. You can definitely tell the starter has been around for a long time just in the wonderful aroma that comes from the starter. Worth the nominal price for a good quality sourdough starter.
