They responded by telling me they couldn’t find the shoes and they would look again. I then asked again if they found them and they said no? And asked if I wanted the color I ordered. Why accept an offer on an item you can’t even locate? Communication was poor and when I asked for a refund they told me eBay had the money not them. I then had to wait until I could file a claim to receive a refund. This seller is a clown.
