From now on, we will be checking all items from Bimecc before we send them out. My question would be why did they not check this BEFORE sending it? I have saved this e-mail as proof so reach out if you need to confirm it with me. Sorry that you received an odd one that was put in from Bimecc. At least having checked them all, we now know that the rest match the listing description. Why did you not let us know this as soon as you found out? It would have been nice to have been contacted and notified.
