So, we escalated to eBay. The stubborn Seller was unfamiliar with this BNWT term and had to be directed to eBay Seller 101 articles to learn. Further, the argumentative Seller was unaware of eBay refund practices that we had to instruct them about. Last, the hat was jammed into a plastic bag that caused it to lose its shape.
