It works great but there is no way to turn it off when not using it. One arrived in good condition but the second arrived with all of the motor mounts and heating element mounts broken. This was very curious as the packaging was sturdy and showed no external signs of damage. After communicating with the seller, we arranged a partial refund and I was able to repair the rather extensive internal damage to the portable heater. Another successful repair thanks to J-B Weld plastic bonder!
