They gave the package to USPS in 1 day. It arrived at my mailbox undamaged in a small cardboard box, the fans were wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap, and the fans were encased in two plastic bags. They seemed friendly, but I did not communicate with them since I didn't have a problem. Overall, I would buy from this seller again if I needed another item and they seemed friendly with their messages.
